    Yes. IDS uses secure workflows, encrypted storage, and trained staff to ensure full HIPAA compliance for all medical and legal scanning projects.

  • Who can serve legal documents in Indiana?

    Any adult who is not a party to the case may serve legal documents in Indiana. This includes professional process servers, sheriffs, or individuals authorized by the court.

  • What types of documents can a process server deliver?

    Process servers in Indiana may deliver summonses, complaints, subpoenas, writs, eviction notices, and other court-related documents requiring personal service.

  • How is service of process typically completed in Indiana?

    Service may be completed via personal delivery, certified mail, or by leaving the documents at the individual’s residence with someone of suitable age and discretion. Service by publication is allowed with court approval.
